Feng Shui Consultations
A feng shui consultation includes a tour of the
property and building, interview with the clients, and feng shui
recommendations. A typical consultation lasts two hours and
includes a follow-up call. Clients provide a copy of the
blueprint or sketch of layout of both property and building and
the areas in life they want feng shui to help with.
Consultations may include a clearing and blessing ceremony.
Clearings & Blessings
Maureen performs ceremonies that are from the BTB
Feng Shui heritage (Chinese) as well as Shaman-based (Native
American) influences. Nature-based interior and exterior
ceremonies sometimes utilize ceremonial rice, orange peel (chen
pei), incense, bells and activates the five senses. These
ceremonies help to clear energy from previous residents,
unwanted spirits, and negative events (lose of job, divorce,
bankruptcy, etc.). Blessings are done after a clearing, to bring
positive energy and change to the space and clients.
Real Estate Consultations
Working with real estate broker and homeowners looking to sell
or buy! Maureen will evaluate and give recommendations on how to
sell faster or get the best location for you.
